There is a free fourteen day trial period during which time any merchandise (except as noted below) that is returned in new condition will not be subject to any charges.
- The customer is fully responsible for any damages incurred to the merchandise during the 14-day free trial period. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive wear, excessive use, or damages occurring during the ownership OR the during return shipping.
- If the customer chooses to return the product within the 14-day period, the customer must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from our Customer Service department BEFORE returning the merchandise to OBB. Please call 609-894-1541 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- The Return Authorization number MUST be placed on the shipping label. Returned Merchandise will not be accepted without the appropriate Return Authorization number.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. Returned merchandise should be shipped, freight pre-paid, by the most appropriate manner. Appropriate insurance, covering the full sale price of the merchandise, should be purchased. The customer is FULLY responsible for any damages incurred during return shipping.
- If the merchandise is not received within the fourteen day period, the customer will be invoiced, net 30 days, from the original date of shipment.
- The customer must place a Purchase Order against OBB for the value of the all merchandise being ordered. The Purchase Order may indicate that the merchandise is being purchased conditionally, but must then clearly state that the customer will pay the purchase price if the goods are not returned to OBB during the fourteen day trial period.
- The customer has the right to return the goods for any reason within the fourteen day trial.
- Unless there is written authorization from a Signing Officer of OBB, the fourteen day trial period cannot be extended.
- The following items CANNOT be returned, and are not covered by the 14 day free trial period:
a. Arc Lamps
b. Custom made or modified parts, or "special order" items.
- Any questions concerning the procedures governing the fourteen day free trial should be resolved PRIOR to the order being placed, and the merchandise being shipped. These procedures are considered accepted when the Purchase Order is placed against OBB.
This offer is not valid for merchandise sold or shipped outside of North America.
