Hot Mirror
The ScopeLite 200 includes a hot mirror that prevents optical elements from damage due to the intense IR heat delivered by the longer wavelengths of emission from the lamp. The standard hot mirror included with the ScopeLite 200 is a visible hot mirror that transmits wavelengths from 390 to 700 nm. There is an optional UV hot mirror that transmits from 325 to 700 nm, which must be selected at the time of order.
